Wish to return as a family unit to UK in the next few years dependant upon the political conditions in HK. The advice so far is Spousal Visa from companies that have sprung up here in the recent situation. This earns them big fees and is to be expected.
I see the situation, that I have the right and my daughter has to right to "return home" and it would not be a human right to deny that automatically to my wife and mother of my daughter. The present OVERT rules are designed for those not as us and of young working age, professionals and the like. We wish to return and use some of our capital to buy a simple house, run a simple business and live a simple life whilst my daughter finishes school. I am aware of UNHCR Article 8 but cannot get a grip of its nuances.
Looking for advice of the best and least costly way to transit my family to UK permanently.
